I'm Haleigh, and my culinary journey began in 2010. My passion for cooking led me to pursue a BS in Culinary Arts, where I had the incredible opportunity to participate in a program at the esteemed Institut Paul Bocuse in France on scholarship. Along the way, I engaged in various culinary competitions, shaping my skills and knowledge.
My professional experience includes working in several renowned New Orleans restaurants, primarily in the vibrant French Quarter. However, with the arrival of a pandemic baby, I decided to shift gears and explore a more sustainable approach to my culinary career. Fast forward about three years, and I find myself curating delightful dining experiences for intimate gatherings in client’s homes and vacation rentals. I've discovered immense joy in crafting memorable dinner parties as a Private and Personal Chef, and I'm absolutely loving every moment of this culinary adventure.

FAQ’s about what I do:
I work alone, I do not employ servers, helpers, or bartenders (though I know a great mobile bar, Crafted Curations! )
I do not outfit or supply dish/table ware; I will set the table with your preferred dishes or with the best the rental space has
Parties over 12 guests are formatted family-style to ensure quality
I prep off-site and require at least 2 hours of on-site set up for dinner parties and 1 hour for charcuterie and party foods
