Booking a private dinner experience with Chef Haleigh includes:

  • Chef curated menu showcasing local and seasonal ingredients and products that are sustainably sourced from community vendors, farmer’s markets, and local groceries

  • Printed card stock menu (will add details and logos if provided by the client)

  • All of the menu planning, grocery shopping, and prepping taken care of

  • Dining table setting appropriate for the menu (Dining Experience Package or tableware is to be provided by the client or rental space)

  • Day of set up, execution, service, and clean up. Chef Haleigh is the manager, cook, server, busser, and dishwasher

After submission, you'll receive an email to discuss your event details. Pricing is customized based on the service format and menu we design together. A booking is only confirmed once a signed service agreement is returned and a non-refundable deposit of 50% (or full payment) is received. The remaining balance is due on the day of service.

Chef Haleigh typically books 3–6 months in advance and offers private dinner parties exclusively on weekends. With only a limited number of events accepted each month, every booking must be intentional-not just in planning and execution, but also in how it supports the sustainability of this business and livelihood. Some weekends, particularly around holidays, festivals, or peak seasons, are in higher demand and may be priced accordingly. Each dinner is a one-of-a-kind experience that reflects the time, energy, and expertise it takes to create something truly special.

Dining Experience Package

Airbnbs and rental spaces notoriously lack enough matching dishes and silverware, which can take away from the elegance of a carefully curated meal. My Dining Experience Package ensures a beautifully set table with appropriate dishes and cutlery for the menu, elegant table chargers that complement most themes and settings, and high-quality disposable napkins, all for $10 per person. Let me handle the details so you can enjoy a polished, seamless dining experience.

Want a Custom Menu?
I take pride in offering seasonal, locally inspired menus that highlight the best of New Orleans and Louisiana flavors. If you’d like a fully customized menu beyond my curated offerings, a $100 non-refundable Custom Menu Fee is required before I begin menu development. This fee ensures that the time and expertise I dedicate to crafting your vision is valued.

Minimum of 4 guests and a maximum of 20 guests per booking.

A 20% gratuity will be added to all services.

Bookings require at least 7 days' notice.

Chef Haleigh personally responds to all inquiries. Kindly allow up to three business days for a response.
